Looking for a delicious vegetable dip that doesn’t contain the high saturated fats and unhealthy ingredients? Then you are going to LOVE this dip. This dip is just as tasty with vegetables as it is with crackers. Let’s face it kid’s like to dip their food. If you are having a tough time getting your kids to eat vegetables, this avocado dip may be just what you need.
Creamy Avocado Vegetable Dip
1-2 avocados, mashed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and/or lime juice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
(You can also add a ½ cup of fat free cream cheese as well)
It is so easy to prepare!
Just put all of the ingredients in to a food processor. Pulses until ingredients are combined and are a smooth consistency. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until ready to serve. I recommend serving the same day as prepared.
