This dip is just as tasty with vegetables as it is with crackers. Let’s face it kid’s like to dip their food. If you are having a tough time getting your kids to eat vegetables, this avocado dip may be just what you need.

Creamy Avocado Vegetable Dip

1-2 avocados, mashed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and/or lime juice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
(You can also add a ½ cup of fat free cream cheese as well)

Just put all of the ingredients in to a food processor. Pulses until ingredients are combined and are a smooth consistency. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until ready to serve. I recommend serving the same day as prepared.
